Osebna refleksija o vlogi učitelja kot vodje oddelka

Izvleček

Učenci, njihovi starši ali skrbniki in razredniki se v letih učenčevega šolanja v oddelku skupaj sprehodijo skozi procese spoznavanja, navajanja, sodelovanja, ustvarjanja in načrtovanja za učenčevo prihodnost. Na tej poti naletijo na različne prepreke, težave in velikokrat tudi medsebojna nesoglasja. V obdobju skupnega sodelovanja se mora razrednik osredotočiti na nekatere pomembne vidike svojega dela, če želi vzpostaviti, vzdrževati in ohraniti pozitivno dinamiko svojega oddelka. Poleg vseh pomembnih vidikov mora razrednik prav tako skrbeti za svoj lastni profesionalni razvoj in sodelovanje z drugimi šolskimi podsistemi. V sodelovanju s starši in preostalimi pedagoškimi delavci mora otroke spodbujati k razmišljanju o lastni sreči, se z njimi veliko pogovarjati, jih usmerjati, a jim hkrati pustiti vso odgovornost pri oblikovanju in izbiri nadaljnje življenjske poti.

Abstract

Personal Reflection on the Class Teacher’s Role in Grammar School

During schooling, learners, parents or guardians, and class teachers work hand in hand to traverse the processes of discovery, adjustment, collaboration, creativity and planning for the future. Along the way, they face barriers, difficulties, and even disagreements. Throughout this time, class teachers must prioritise certain aspects of their work to build, maintain and sustain a positive dynamic in their class. In addition to these considerations, class teachers must also focus on their professional development and cooperation with other school subsystems. In collaboration with parents and other teaching staff, class teachers must encourage children to consider their happiness, talk to them frequently, and guide them while giving them complete responsibility for shaping and choosing the path they want to pursue.
