Izvleček

V prispevku prikažemo kompleksnost procesa prenove kurikuluma za vrtce, s poglobljeno analizo poteka kurikularne prenove po fazah, in njeno utemeljitev. Pri tem podrobno osvetlimo ključne dokumente, analize in ugotovitve, vključno z opisom vključevanja deležnikov v različnih fazah, in s tem pokažemo, za kako domišljen in celovit pristop je pri tem šlo. Izpostavimo ključne poudarke, ki so pomembni za koncept predšolske vzgoje. Ti so predstavljali tudi temeljni konceptualni okvir, znotraj katerega je bila sprejeta odločitev za prenovo. Poudarimo tudi, kako zelo pomembne in dolgotrajne učinke imajo dobro delo strokovnih delavcev in njihova ravnanja še posebej v predšolskem obdobju, zato je poleg kakovostno zapisanega kurikularnega dokumenta ključna tudi profesionalizacija osebja, saj prispeva k višji kakovosti interakcij z otrokom ter boljšim razvojnim rezultatom in zadovoljstvu otrok.

Kindergarten Curriculum Reform Process

This article unveils the complexities of the Kindergarten Curriculum reform process, its rationale, and an in-depth analysis by stages. We highlight key documents, analyses, and findings, including a description of stakeholder involvement at various phases, thereby demonstrating the well-thought-out and comprehensive approach taken. We underscore the key points relevant to the concept of preschool education. These also formed the fundamental conceptual framework for the reform. We emphasise the significance and long-lasting effects of the dedicated work of professionals, especially in the preschool period. Professional development is crucial, as it leads to higher-quality interactions with children, better developmental outcomes, and increased child satisfaction.
