Pouk zgodovine v muzeju in arhivu

Izvleček

V prispevku so predstavljene bistvene značilnosti pouka zgodovine zunaj učilnice, s poudarkom na pouku v ustanovah, kot sta npr. muzej in arhiv. Pri tem so izpostavljeni zlasti pozitivni učinki takšnega pouka na učence in dijake. Opravljen je splošen pregled pedagoških vsebin, ki jih izbrani slovenski muzeji in arhivi že nudijo osnovnim in srednjim šolam. Leta dokazuje, da se tako muzeji kot tudi arhivi dobro zavedajo, da je izobraževanje ena ključnih nalog muzejev in arhivov, saj je pripravljena ponudba izjemno pestra. Vključena je tudi analiza ene od izvedenih pedagoških delavnic v muzeju, s katero smo dokazali, da pouk v ustanovi pozitivno vpliva na razvoj znanj in motivacijo pri učencih.

Abstract

History Lessons in Museums and Archives

This paper focuses on the essential characteristics of history lessons outside the classroom, with an emphasis on lessons in institutions such as museums and archives, highlighting the positive effects of such lessons on pupils and students. A review of the pedagogical content that selected Slovenian museums and archives already offer to primary and secondary schools has been carried out. A wealth and variety of available informational materials demonstrate that both museums and archives are well aware that education is one of their key tasks. An analysis of one of the pedagogical workshops held at a museum is included, which demonstrates that institution-based lessons have positive effects on the development of knowledge and student motivation.
