Povzetek
Strokovnjaki z različnih področij iščejo rešitve za to, kako se bomo lahko soočili s prihodnostjo, kakšno znanje in veščine bomo potrebovali ter kakšna stališča je treba razvijati pri mladih. Eden od odgovorov je kompetenca podjetnosti. V prispevku utemeljimo, zakaj je pomembna za aktivno delovanje in sodelovanje v svetu, ki ga označujemo kot nestabilnega, negotovega, nejasnega in kompleksnega. Predstavljamo nekaj odgovorov glede potrebnih kompetenc za prihodnost poklicev. V osrednjem delu nanizamo izjave uspešnih Slovencev o tem, zakaj je treba pri mladih razvijati kompetence podjetnosti, prispevek pa sklenemo z ravnateljevo vlogo pri razvijanju podjetnostne kulture kot temelja za razvoj podjetnosti pri strokovnih delavcih in učencih oziroma dijakih.
Abstract
Images of Entrepreneurship
Experts from different fields are searching for solutions to successfully facing the future, which knowledge and skills we will need, and which views we should foster in young people. One possible answer is the entrepreneurship competence. The paper substantiates why it is important for active engagement and participation in a world that we call unstable, uncertain, unclear and complex. A few answers are given regarding the competences needed for the future of professions. The body of the paper contains statements from successful Slovenes about why we have to develop entrepreneurship competences in young people. The paper concludes with the head teacher’s role in developing an entrepreneurship culture as a foundation for developing entrepreneurship among the professional staff and among the pupils or secondary school students.
