Odkrivanje Keplerjevih zakonov s pomočjo interaktivne table in programa Algodoo

V zadnjih desetih letih so interaktivne table v slovenskih šolah postale precej razširjene. Čeprav gre pravzaprav za velike zaslone na dotik, se pogosto uporabljajo podobno kot navaden projektor, povezan z računalnikom, in običajna tabla za pisanje, le da je »črnilo« elektronsko. V članku predstavim način uporabe interaktivne table, ki izkorišča njen veliki zaslon na dotik. Z uporabo programa Algodoo se lahko tabla prelevi v okolje, ki omogoča interaktivno raziskovanje gibanja planetov okrog Sonca. Dijaki oz. učenci lahko ustvarjajo planete in jih mečejo v tire okrog Sonca. Pri tem se odprejo nove možnosti za učenje o gibanju nebesnih teles in odkrivanje Keplerjevih zakonov na nekoliko drugačen način.

Abstract

Discovering Kepler’s Laws Using an Interactive Whiteboard and Algodoo Software

In the last decade interactive whiteboards have become widespread in Slovenian schools. Although they are essentially large touchscreens, their use is often limited to what appears to be a combination of a traditional computer projector and an ordinary whiteboard with electronic “ink”. In this article I present a way of using the interactive whiteboard that takes advantage of its large touch-sensitive screen. Combining the interactive whiteboard with Algodoo software can enable interactive exploration of the motion of planets around the Sun. Students can create planets and send them into orbits around the Sun by throwing them. In the process, new possibilities arise for learning about celestial motion and discovering Kepler’s laws in a new and unconventional way.
