Načrtovanje in izvedba kulturnih prireditev na Osnovni šoli Sladki Vrh

V času, ko pravimo, da je svet globalna vas, je pomembno, da ohranjamo svojo kulturo, poznamo svojo zgodovino in ohranjamo svoje običaje. Učitelji se tega dobro zavedamo. Na Osnovni šoli Sladki Vrh vsako leto pripravimo in izvedemo tri obvezne prireditve ob različnih priložnostih. Nihče od učiteljev se ni izobraževal za organizatorja ali celo režiserja prireditev, a mora organizacijo in koordinacijo nekdo prevzeti. Kdo? Glasbenik? Slovenist? Zgodovinar? Vse je stvar odločitve vodstva, kar pa je lahko vzrok slabe volje v kolektivu. Nekateri menijo, da so prezaposleni, drugi, da so spregledani. Slaba volja v kolektivu narašča, na koncu so vsi nezadovoljni. Kako odpraviti to težavo, smo se pred leti spraševali tudi na naši šoli. Timsko delo in izkušnje so nas pripeljali do odgovora. Rešitev je natančno načrtovanje, dogovarjanje in timsko delo. V članku pa je opisano, kako to poteka.

Abstract

Planning and Implementation of Cultural Events at Sladki vrh Primary School

At a time when the world has become a global village, it is critical to preserve our culture and traditions and understand our past, which is something teachers are well aware of. Every year, on different occasions, we organise and carry out three required events at the Sladki vrh Primary School. Despite not having been trained as an organiser or stage director, someone has to take over the organisation and coordination; the question is who: a music teacher, a Slovenian teacher, or maybe a history teacher? The managerial decision may have a negative impact on the school staff, with some feeling overworked and others disregarded. A negative attitude worsens, and eventually, everyone is miserable. The article discusses how this issue was solved at our school a few years ago through collaboration and experience. The solution explained here lies in meticulous planning, consensus, and teamwork.
