Izvleček
Literarna dela so lahko učinkovito izhodišče za krepitev različnih spretnosti pri otrocih v prvem vzgojno- izobraževalnem obdobju osnovne šole. Spretnosti lahko krepimo z različnimi dejavnostmi, ki jih učitelj organizira po prebranem literarnem delu. Tako pri učencih krepi njihov interes za branje, komunikacijske, grobo- in finomotorične spretnosti, socialne, emocionalne ter kognitivne spretnosti. V članku so predstavljeni konkretni primeri dejavnosti, ki so bili izvedeni z učenci 2. razreda osnovne šole po obravnavi treh literarnih del. Pravilna izbira literarnih del in dejavnosti, prilagojenih otrokovi starosti in razvojnemu nivoju, lahko močno prispeva k celostnemu razvoju otroka. Poleg tega lahko spodbujanje aktivnega sodelovanja otrok pri literarnih dejavnostih poveča njihov interes za branje in učenje.
Abstract
Literary Works as the Starting Point for Strengthening Different Skills in Children
Literary works can be an effective starting point for strengthening different skills in children in the first triad of primary school. Skills can be strengthened with various activities, organized by the teacher after the children have read the literary work. This enhances their interest in reading, as well as their communication skills, fine and gross motor skills, and social, emotional and cognitive skills. The article presents concrete examples of the activities carried out with 2nd grade primary school students after three literary works were presented in class. A correct selection of literary works and activities, adapted to children’s age and development stage, can contribute significantly to the children’s integrated development. In addition, encouraging children’s active participation in literary activities can increase their interest in reading and learning.
