Povzetek
Inovacijski projekti (IP) so ena od oblik spodbujanja osebnega profesionalnega razvoja strokovnih delavcev in hkrati s tem posodabljanja izvedbenega kurikuluma na vseh ravneh vzgoje in izobraževanja. Inovativno učenje (IU) je način prilagajanja v novih učnih situacijah. Strokovnim delavcem in učencem ta način učenja omogoča fleksibilnejše, svobodnejše mišljenje. V desetletju so inovacijski projekti Zavoda RS za šolstvo posodobili pedagoško komunikacijo med učečimi se in tako ustvarili bolj odprto učno okolje za vse. Inovacija je koristna tedaj, ko jo pozitivno ocenijo tako izvajalci kot tudi uporabniki.

Innovation Projects (IPs) Are a Breath of Fresh Air for the Implemented Curriculum
Innovation projects (IPs) are one of the forms of promoting the personal professional development of the professional staff and, simultaneously, of modernising the implemented curriculum at all levels of education. Innovative learning (IL) is a method of adapting to new learning situations. This learning method enables the professional staff and students to think more flexibly and freely. In the last decade, the innovation projects of the National Education Institute of the Republic of Slovenia have modernised pedagogical communication among learners, thus creating a more open learning environment for all. Innovation is beneficial when it is positively assessed by both the practitioners and users.
