Povzetek

Prispevek govori o pomenu kakovostnega vodenja organizacij in odgovornosti zanj in različnih vodstvenih veščinah, ki so vodjem v pomoč pri boljšem in učinkovitejšem delu z ljudmi, predvsem v času velike fluktuacije. V prispevku bomo razložili pojem fluktuacije in na primerih iz prakse pojasnili vzroke zanjo, saj gre za delo na zahtevnem delovnem področju z otroki in mladostniki s posebnimi potrebami. Prispevek govori tudi o distribuiranem vodenju, ki se v različnih vzgojno-izobraževalnih ustanovah vse pogosteje pojavlja, in o vlogi vodje aktiva znotraj takega sistema. Glavni namen prispevka je predstaviti vlogo vodje aktiva kot ključne osebe pri uvajanju novih ljudi v organizacijo, saj imamo kakovostno in pravilno usmerjeno ter nadzirano uvajanje novincev v poskusni dobi za enega najpomembnejših dejavnikov, ki lahko vplivajo na zmanjšano fluktuacijo zaposlenih.

Staff Turnover and Employee Orientation for a Demanding Work Field: The Role of the Subject Group Head

The article discusses the importance and responsibility of quality leadership of organizations and various leadership skills that help leaders to work better and more effectively with people, especially during times of high employee turnover. The article explains the concept of employee turnover and explains the causes of turnover in practice, as it involves working in a challenging work area with children and adolescents with special needs. The article also discusses distributed leadership, which is increasingly appearing in various educational institutions and the role of asset manager within such a system. The main purpose of the article is to present the role of the asset manager as a key person in introducing new people to the organization, since we consider qualitative and properly oriented introduction in the trial period as one of the potential aspects of reducing employee turnover.
