Izvleček
Članek je kratek pregled, seznam in analiza Beethovnove glasbe, ki se pojavlja v filmih na tri različne načine: kot vsebinski element v smislu citiranosti komponistovih biografskih (filmskih in glasbenih) del, kot element filmskega jezika, s katerim se filmska umetnost prepleta na ravni simbolnega umetniškega jezika, in ne nazadnje na način čiste filmske glasbe, ki služi kot retrospektivni, diegetski ali nediegetski element. Ker je klasična glasba v filmu zelo dober primer medpredmetnega in medumetniškega sodelovanja, je vsekakor prav, da se ob taki obletnici nekoliko srečamo tudi s tem, kar ponuja to besedilo.
Abstract
Beethoven and His Music in Films – on the 250th Anniversary of the Composer’s Birth
The article is a brief overview, list and analysis of Beethoven’s music that appears in films in three different ways: as an element of its content in the sense of quoting the composer’s biographical (film and musical) works; as an element of the language of film with which the art of film is intertwined at the level of a symbolic artistic language; and, last but not least, as pure film music that serves as a retrospective, diegetic or non-diegetic element. Considering that classical music in film is a very good example of cross-curricular and cross-artistic cooperation, this text is very fitting on such an anniversary.
