Izvleček
Urejeni in redno posodobljeni kontaktni podatki šolske knjižnice ter pregledna spletna stran z aktualnimi informacijami so ključni za učinkovito komunikacijo z uporabniki in prvi pogoj za dobro dostopnost knjižničnih storitev. S tem, da ima šolska knjižnica najdljive podatke na spletni strani šole, znotraj katere deluje, izkazuje svojo dostopnost vsem deležnikom (učenci, dijaki, starši in zunanje organizacije, kot so NUK, ZRSŠ, MVI), s katerimi sodeluje. O spletnih straneh knjižnic je bilo že veliko objavljenega, zato to ne bo glavna tema tega prispevka. Je pa dejstvo, da je pregledna spletna stran šole in šolske knjižnice zagotovo zelo pomembna. Urejeni kontaktni podatki kažejo na organiziranost knjižnice in skrb za vse deležnike, ki s knjižnico sodelujejo. V času, ko je na področju izobraževanja zelo veliko pomanjkanje kadra in ko prihaja do številnih menjav na delovnih mestih, je poleg tega zelo pomembno, da so v bazi COLIB.SI objavljeni ažurni podatki o šolski knjižnici. V prispevku med drugim predlagamo, kako naj bi bili prav zaradi številnih menjav oblikovani e-naslovi šolskih knjižnic. Po korakih pa prikažemo vse postopke vpisa kontaktnih podatkov knjižnice v bazo COLIB.SI.
Abstract
Updated Contacts – the First Step Towards (School) Library Users
Organized and regularly updated contacts of the school library as well as a user-friendly website with current information are key to efficient communication with the users and the first requirement for good accessibility of library services. By providing easily accessible information on the website of the school, within which it operates, the school library demonstrates its accessibility to all stakeholders (students, pupils, parents and external organizations such as National and University Library, National Education Institute Slovenia, Ministry of Education), with whom it collaborates. Since much was already published about the libraries’ websites, this will not be the main topic of this article. The fact is, however, that a user- friendly website of the school and the school library is certainly very important. Organized contacts indicate the library’s organization and care for all stakeholders cooperating with it. At a time when there is a great lack of human resources in the field of education and a lot of fluctuation at the workplaces, it is also very important that the database COLIB.SI provides updated information about the school library. The article provides suggestions, among other, on how school library e-mail addresses should be created precisely because of the many employee replacements. Is also gives step-by-step guidance on how to enter the school library contacts into the COLIB.SI database.
