Dvig digitalnih kompetenc in temeljnih znanj računalništva in informatike

Projekti 2023–2026 za dvig digitalnih kompetenc in temeljnih znanj računalništva in informatike temeljijo na odzivu na zaznane vrzeli znanja s strani Ministrstva za vzgojo in izobraževanje, evropske komisije in mednarodnih raziskav. Usmerjeni so v nove pristope poučevanja in učenja ter nove vsebine, krepitev kompetenc strokovnih delavcev in neposredno delo z učenci v VIZ-ih. Organizacija projektov poudarja večjo avtonomijo VIZ-ov, manjša partnerstva ter aktivno vlogo učiteljev kot razvojnih akterjev. dejavnosti potekajo večnivojsko, z vključevanjem VIZ-ov, fakultet, javnih zavodov in zunanjih strokovnjakov. Ključno okolje so inovativni oddelki, kjer se uvajajo sodobni pristopi in krepi aktivna vloga učencev. Rezultati prispevajo k trajnostni transformaciji izobraževanja ter širjenju dobrih praks na nacionalni ravni.

Abstract

Enhancing Digital Competencies and Basic Knowledge of Computer and Informatics

The 2023–2026 projects aimed at enhancing digital competencies and basic knowledge of computer and informatics are based on responses to identified knowledge gaps recognised by the Ministry of Education, the European Commission, and international studies. They focus on new teaching and learning approaches, new content, strengthening competencies of educational professionals, and direct work with students in educational institutions. The organisation of these projects emphasises greater autonomy of educational institutions, smaller partnerships, and an active role of teachers as agents of development. Activities take place at multiple levels, involving schools, faculties, public institutions, and external experts. Key environments are innovative classes, where modern approaches are introduced, and the active role of students is strengthened. The results contribute to the sustainable transformation of education and the dissemination of good practices at the national level.
