Prispevek kritično obravnava umeščanje človekovih pravic v podpodročje državljanstva znotraj skupnih ciljev, ki so bili oblikovani tekom kurikularne prenove. avtorja izhajata iz teze, da je treva ključne cilje podpodročja državljanstvo, vključno s tistimi, ki se navezujejo na pravice, treba brati konstitutivno prepletene. članek pokaže, da ti cilji implicirajo razumevanje posameznika kot družbeno umeščenega in vpetega v skupnost. Kot alternativno teoretsko podlago prispevek uporabi etiko skrbi, ki poudarja odnose, ranljivost in kolektivno odgovornost. Prispevek najprej kritično analizira liberalno pojmovanje človekovih pravic, nato pa skozi prizmo etike skrbi ponudi branje ciljev podpodročja državljanstvo ter usmeritve za njihovo pedagoško uresničevanje.
Abstract
Key Objectives of Citizenship Subdomain Through Perspective of Ethics of Care: From Individual Rights to Caring Communities
This paper critically examines the placement of human rights into the citizenship subdomain as part of the common goals established during the curriculum reform. The authors argue that the key objectives of this subfield, including those related to rights, must be understood as constitutively interconnected. The article demonstrates that these objectives imply understanding individuals as socially situated and embedded in a community. As an alternative theoretical framework, the paper employs the ethics of care, which emphasises relationships, vulnerability, and collective responsibility. initially, the article critically analyses the liberal conception of human rights and, through the lens of the ethics of care, offers an interpretation of the objectives of the subfield of citizenship along with guidelines for their pedagogical implementation.
