Bralna značka za zaposlene na Osnovni šoli Puconci

V šolskem letu, 2022/2023 smo sodelavcem na učiteljski konferenci predstavili branje za bralno značko za zaposlene. Pripravili smo seznam knjig in bralni list za vpisovanje vtisov o prebranem ter poslali vabilo vsem zaposlenim na naši šoli. Na seznamu knjig je bilo leposlovje za odrasle in mladino ter nekaj strokovnih knjig. Takoj po objavi, da se je bralna značka za zaposlene začela, se je začela tudi redna izposoja knjig. Sodelovali so učitelji, vzgojiteljice, tehnično osebje in spremljevalci učencev. Za sodelovanje se je odločilo petinštirideset zaposlenih, bralno značko pa jih je opravilo dvaintrideset. Vsak sodelujoči je v knjižnici dobil bralni list s seznamom knjig za branje. Po prebrani knjigi je na ta list označil svojo oceno knjige in zapisal vtise o njej. Po opravljenembranju za bralno značko so sodelujoči liste vrnili v knjižnico. Vrnjeni bralni listi so bili povratna informacija knjižničarki o izboru knjig. Med zaposlenimi je bilo večkrat opaziti debato o prebrani knjigi, kar je marsikoga tudi motiviralo za sodelovanje.

Abstract

Reading Badge for Employees at the Primary School Puconci

In the school year 2022/2023, we presented the concept of reading for an employee reading badge to our colleagues at a teachers’ conference. We prepared a list of books and a reading list for writing down impressions about books, and then sent invitations to all employees at our school. The list included literary works for adults and young people, as well as some scientific books. Immediately after the announcement of the employee reading badge, employees started to borrow books. Employees who participated where teachers, educators, technical staff and employees qualified for accompanying students. Forty-five employees decided to participate, of which thirty-two received a reading badge. Each participant received a reading list and the list of books at the library. After they have read the book, they gave their review and wrote down their impressions of the book. After the activity of reading for the reading badge was completed, the participants returned the lists to the library. They served as feedback to the librarian about the book selection. A debate often developed among employees about the book they have read, which motivated others to participate as well.
