Učenci iz manj spodbudnega okolja zaradi revščine in izobraževanja na daljavo

Manj spodbudno okolje zaradi revščine vpliva na mnoga področja razvoja in delovanja otrok. V članku smo predstavili vplive manj spodbudnega okolja na razvoj otroka in vplive na učno uspešnost. Posebej smo izpostavili dejavnike tveganja, ki se poglabljajo ob vpeljavi izobraževanja na daljavo, ter učinkovite oblike pomoči, podpore in prilagoditve, ki so smiselne v procesu tovrstnega izobraževanja. Zaradi dejavnikov domačega okolja, ki ovirajo uspešno samostojno učenje, moramo učencem zagotoviti osnovne materialne pogoje za vključenost v proces učenja na daljavo, hkrati pa ne smemo pozabiti na strokovno oporo učencem z uporabo strategij, s katerimi razvijamo njihova šibka ter močna področja, samopodobo in vključenost med vrstnike ter vzdržujemo stik s starši.

Abstract

Students from a Less Supportive Environment on Account of Poverty and Distance Education

A less supportive environment on account of poverty affects many areas of children’s development and activity. The article presents the impacts of a less supportive environment on a child’s development and its impacts on academic achievement. We highlighted the risk factors that escalate when introducing distance education, and the effective forms of assistance, support and adaptation that are sensible when implementing such education. On account of the home environment factors that hinder successful independent learning, students must be provided with the basic material conditions for participating in the distance education process; at the same time, we must not forget to provide students with professional support by using strategies that develop their strengths and weaknesses, their self-image and inclusion among peers, and maintain contact with their parents
