Povzetek
Ravnateljeve naloge in pristojnosti opredeljuje 49. člen Zakona o organizaciji in financiranju vzgoje in izobraževanja (ZOFVI, 2007/2022). V Zbirki Kakovost (Brejc in drugi, 2022) so razdeljene v štiri področja: upravljanje, pedagoško vodenje, skrb za kakovost in sodelovanje z okoljem. Vodenje dela razrednikov je pomembno področje ravnateljevega dela, ki ga v prvi vrsti umeščamo v pedagoško vodenje s ciljem enotnega in usklajenega dela razrednikov v sodelovanju z vsemi drugimi deležniki. Naloge vodenja razrednikov in oddelčnih učiteljskih zborov (v nadaljevanju OUZ) prepoznavamo tudi na preostalih treh področjih ravnateljevih nalog, ki segajo od upoštevanja zakonodajnih okvirov do skrbi za kakovost in ne nazadnje tudi na področje sodelovanja z okoljem, še posebej s starši učencev.
Abstract
The Role of the Head Teacher in Managing the Work of Form Teachers
The tasks and responsibilities of the head teacher are defined in Article 49 of the Organisation and Financing of Education Act (ZOFVI, 2007/2022). In the Quality Compendium (Brejc et al., 2022), they are categorised into four areas: management, pedagogical leadership, quality assurance, and cooperation with the community. Managing the work of form teachers is an important aspect of a head teacher’s responsibilities, primarily falling under pedagogical leadership, with the aim of ensuring coordinated and consistent work among form teachers in collaboration with all other stakeholders. However, the tasks related to leading form teachers and class teacher councils also extend to the remaining three areas of the head teacher’s responsibilities. These range from compliance with legal frameworks to ensuring quality and, ultimately, cooperating with the community, particularly with students’ parents
