Povzetek

Inovativnost zaposlenih in kako jo spodbujati? Inovativnost se ne zgodi sama od sebe. Vodstvo mora v organizaciji vzpostaviti idealno organizacijsko kulturo, ki je predpogoj za večjo zavzetost zaposlenih. Hkrati mora sistematično izvajati dejavnosti, ki pripomorejo k temu. Zavzeti zaposleni namreč ustvarjajo in uresničijo več idej. V metaforicnem pomenu je organizacijska kultura njiva, na katero posejemo semena (zavzeti zaposleni), ideje pa so plodovi, ki na njej zrastejo. V prispevku bom obravnavala sistem dela z zaposlenimi, s pomočjo katerega lahko vsaka organizacija vzpostavi idealno organizacijsko kulturo, poveča zavzetost in inovativnost zaposlenih ter izboljša rezultate poslovanja. Sistem dela z zaposlenimi Kultura zavzetih inovatorjev 3 × 12 temelji na raziskavi, preučevanju literature in dolgoletni praksi ter je preverjen na primeru Komunale Brežice, ki je dobitnica številnih priznanj in najbolj inovativno komunalno podjetje pri nas. Sestavljen je iz treh stebrov: idealna organizacijska kultura, zavzetost zaposlenih, sistematično spodbujanje idej. Sistem je bil razglašen za najboljši projekt, pri katerem odkrivajo in nagrajujejo dobre in učinkovite prakse ravnanja z ljudmi pri delu, HRM projekt 2017 v Sloveniji.

Culture of Committed Innovators 3 × 12

The innovativeness of employees and how to encourage it? Innovation does not happen on its own. The leadership must establish an ideal organisational culture within their organisation, which is a prerequisite for increased employee commitment and engagement. At the same time, it must systematically implement various activities that contribute to this. It is the committed employees who produce and carry out a greater number of ideas. Metaphorically speaking, the organisational culture is a field in which the seeds (committed employees) are sown, while the ideas are the fruit that grows on it. This article examines the system of working with employees through which any organisation can establish its ideal organisational culture, increase employee engagement and innovativeness, and improve its operating results. This system of working with employees, the Culture of Committed Innovators 3 × 12, is based on research, literature review and a longstanding practice tested within Komunala Brežice, a winner of numerous awards and considered the most innovative public utility company in Slovenia. The system consists of three pillars: ideal organisational culture, employee commitment and engagement, systematic promotion of ideas. It was proclaimed a winner among the projects that identify and reward good and efficient practice of human resource management, the HRM project 2017 in Slovenia.
